26/07/2023 at 11:42 pmI signed in at 6:46pm they asked me what I wanted done. I said I need my nails taken off and redone and a polish change for my feet and nails. At 730p the nail tech came over to me and said they close at 8pm and they are unable to do my nails because it would take too long and asked me to come back tomorrow. I leave for Jamaica in the morning so I cannot come back
It would have been nice and good customer service if I was told this when I signed In and not have me wait 35 minutes to tell me they will not do my nails. I could have went somewhere else. I will not be going back and I’ve been going to this place for years. Very disappointed they didn’t tell me they could not do my nails when I walked in. Why have me wait for 45 minutes to decline service
